KEB CARBIDE SLITTING SAWS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Carbide Slitting Saws are available in a variety of sizes ranging from 1/4" OD to 4" OD.  Carbide saws can increase your speed by 50% over HSS. TiN and TiCN coatings are available upon request.  Keyways are optional at extra cost.  Tolerances are +/- .0005 on thickness, +/- .005 on OD and +.001/-.000 on the ID.  Closer tolerances are available at an additional cost.  Specials are also available upon request.  Specify thickness and number of teeth when ordering.

EDP NUMBER FOR ORDERING CARBIDE SLITTING SAWS:

Example:  CS0250 - 0125 - 01500

"CS" denotes the item to quote/order as a carbide saw.  Follow the CS with OD (A) dimension in a four decimal format.  Subsequently follow with ID (B) and Thickness (C) dimensions in a four decimal format.  The above example references a 1/4" OD X 1/8" ID X .150" thick carbide saw.

Please add the suffix -KW for keyways, -SP for specials, -FR for full radius, or   -R for radius.
